I bought one of these in a store--"Rubie" has a lot of these things made in China [~ poor ~ Japan!]. the "band" thingie is easily broken. is a one size fits all kind of thing.. unless your head is smallit'll fall off. If the head is big .... be careful! If your child is going to wear it.. be careful! This is what is Superglue!
