My son wore this for Halloween 2014. led him to multiple entities on. had to add pads to cushion the shoulders. added shoe laces tie shoulder pieces together (so you don't slip off the shoulder) and tie down loops (so you don't fall backwards). a lot of people looked at him and smiled and made comments to him. It is also quite fun to watch him walk without head. good news. He probably won't use it again, but good for once
